About BlazorForge
A specialist practice focused on clean, modern application rebuilds using Blazor and Vertical Slice Architecture.
Who I Am
BlazorForge is led by Ron, a senior .NET developer with deep experience in Blazor, ASP.NET Core, and Vertical Slice Architecture. I specialise in rebuilding legacy desktop and web applications into clean, modern systems that are easy to maintain and built for long-term stability. My approach is calm, methodical, and engineering-focused: understand the domain, rebuild cleanly, and deliver features that reflect real business workflows.
How I Work
Every project begins with understanding the business behind the software. I work closely with clients to map workflows, extract business rules, and identify the real problems the system needs to solve. From there, I rebuild the application slice-by-slice using Vertical Slice Architecture, ensuring each feature is self-contained, testable, and aligned with how the business actually operates. This approach reduces risk, increases clarity, and delivers value incrementally.
A Specialist Practice with Trusted Support
While BlazorForge operates as a sole-trader practice, it is not limited to a single pair of hands. When project demands increase or specialised expertise is required, I collaborate with a small network of trusted, similarly experienced developers. These are professionals who share the same standards for architecture, code quality, and communication. This flexible model gives clients the best of both worlds: the focus and accountability of a dedicated expert, with the capacity of a small team when needed.
Why This Model Works
Clients get direct access to a senior engineer who understands their system end-to-end, without the overhead or complexity of a large agency. At the same time, the extended network ensures continuity, scalability, and the ability to bring in additional expertise when the project benefits from it. The result is a modernisation process that is personal, predictable, and built on strong engineering principles.
